From the end of October to the around the end of January, the Flamme de l'Armagnac is lit: This is the period of distillation, a special moment that, despite the cold of winter, encourages one and all not to stay at home, but to go out and visit the producers, the villages, hotels, etc who all compete with many ideas and ways to share and discover this celebration with friends, family and visitors passing through.
