Recognised as an AOC since 2005, the appellation Blanche Armagnac refers to the eau-de-vie that has escaped the effects of wood and time. The fruit of a very strictly controlled production, the «Blanche » is well suited to modern consumer trends.

The art of the distiller is revealed in the care given to this eau-de-vie with no trace of wood that flows crystal-clear and pure from the alambic.   The skill of the cellar master, who watches over this nectar for a minimum of three months maturation whilst aerating and gently reducing its alcohol level so that it may truly express the wealth of aromas and roundness of Blanche Armagnac.   

Fresh and lively, this « eau-de-vie for a muse », as it was known in olden times, is a crystal-clear water with youthful springtime aromas.  Its floral and fruity bouquet reminds us of the sunny paths and perfumed orchards of Gascony.
